Hi guys,
i've rolled back my drivers from 19.3.3 to 19.1.1 and now my radeon settings won't open (can't even right click on tray icon). I've done the Clean Install as per this website (even deactivated Windows auto update), I've installed after DDU in safe mode and I've tried to install 19.1.1 and 19.3.3 separately, every time with a clean install.
System:
Desktop
AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
I5 4690k
8GB ram
SSD
Momma: Gigabyte Z97-HD3
Strangely, I have two processes taking my CPU power:
To be honest, not sure what do now. This is probably the first time after many years that I couldn't fix it myself and had to register at a forum. Any help very much appreciated.
Added the image as I can't see it in orignial post.
Radeon Settings: Host Application 27% CPU
Radeon Settings: Host Service 27% CPU
Just resolved by uninstalling INTEL drivers with ddu after fresh install.
Hope this helps everyone else.
Damn you AMD, going Nvidia next time, the low price doesn't cut all the crap I'm experiencing
Same issue here... exactly as described. It happened after I used DDU and installed the latest version
If you tried all the drivers and having same issue this will help you.
Try the 18.12.1.1 driver use the DDU( DDU Utility )utility for clean uninstallation of the drivers.
disable the windows auto update in the "Show and hide" tool

Thanks for contacting AMD.
