Radeon Relive instant replay video bitrate setting
I'm wondering whether the video bitrate setting will affect instant replay, and also if performance will be impacted when playing, or only a stutter when I hit alt + f9 to use instant replay. rx 5700XT - Ryzen 5 3600 - 16 GB Vram
