Radeon 7900 XTX drivers sporadically stop detecting the card

This issue has been bugging me for a while and it is incredibly annoying specially with how expensive this card is.

From time to time I could be working in my computer either playing some videogame or just looking at some Youtube videos, when suddenly both PCs screens will stop receiving video signal from display ports. At this point the only thing I can do is to reboot the computer. When the computer comes back from the reboot I then only receive video signal from one port of the video card and if you go to the AMD Adrenaline Software it only sees the integrated video card and not the 7900 XTX:

The only way to fix this is to uninstall the drivers, reboot and install them again.

I bought this card 1 month ago and this has happened 3 times already. Last 2 times happened within a 3 day period.

Specs and other info:

- Adrenaline version 23.4.1 (now 23.4.3 after most recent issue)

- Sapphire NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X 24GB

- 32 GB of RAM 5600

-  AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor

-  Asus PRIME X670-P board

- Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

Exact same thing happened to me last evening while playing Baldurs Gate 3. Game crashed and I received a pop-up notification that the graphics driver is unresponsive. At this point the system may have already fallen back to using the integrated graphics card, because I relaunched the game and the performance was definitely suboptimal. A few minutes later the system blacked-out and I was only able to work around this by hard-resetting.

After reboot, I noticed that my Sapphire NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X 24GB was not detected by the graphics drivers and I was using the integrated one, so I googled and stumbled upon this post.

Later I followed the same steps as OP, reinstalled the graphics drivers and rebooted. Now I have my system back up running with the XTX, but I feel like this should not happen at all.

My system specs are as follows:

- GPU: Sapphire NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X 24GB
- Drivers: Adrenalin 23.8.2, however I was using the previous version when the issue occurred and initially I tried updating through the drivers interface to try to fix it. It didn't, hence I used google.
- 32GB RAM 5200
- AMD Ryzen 7 7800
- MSI MPG B650 motherboard
- Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

Thanks!
