Hello!
I need help with this such a problem.
My father bought a computer based on the Ryzen 7840hs processor, which has a Radeon 780M graphics core.
The father works in the ArtCam 2018 software package.
As a result, he has a constant problem with displaying 3D objects, which seem to fall apart and have artifacts (this can be seen in the photo).
As far as I know, this is a long-standing compatibility conflict between ArtCam 2018 and AMD video adapters.
On other video card models (Vega 8 for example), this bug can be fixed with an older driver version.
But I installed all the driver packages for the 780M that were released since 2023, and this didn’t help.
Please advise what to do in this situation?
I know that there are temporary solutions such as switching to a previous version of OpenGL. But this hack doesn’t work normally and the program constantly crashes.
So, the issue is in the AMD drivers. And I don't know how to solve it on my own.
Thank you!
