Drivers dont load every OTHER boot/The weirdest tech problem ive ever had

Amd Adrenaline edition throws the same error code every other time i boot the pc, but it's not always every other boot that the drivers dont load. (i only know it does this because of my gt1030 in the pc as well) I have tried to reset every setting on the pc, including the bios, and it didn't work.

6600XT
GT1030
ryzen5 5600G w/ graphics
Toshiba256GB (m.2)
Samsung256GB (10 years old and speeds are still the same) <- windows install
WD Blue500GB (m.2)

You can try using AMD DDU tool in safe mode to clean out your drivers and reinstall. What driver version are you experiencing this on? If the problem reoccurs, you can try rolling back to a previous driver. Is there a reason you have an AMD and Nvidia card in the same system? Maybe I'm missing something here?
