Hi,

I’m looking for a VBIOS for the R9 295×2 that supports UEFI.

The card is a reference R9 295x2. the current bios version on it is:

015.044.000.009.004297

I'd appreciate it if someone could send me a newer version of the bios.

The R9 295x2 was released in April 2014, there are no official UEFI BIOS versions available.

There is this thread on club3d where they got the new bios from AMD but the Dropbox link doesn't work anymore.

Also it doesn't have to be an official bios. If anyone has UEFI enabled on their card they could backup the bios and send it.

There is a UEFI enable VBIOS in the techpowerup VGA BIOS Collection with a BIG warning :

"Warning: You are viewing an unverified BIOS file.

This upload has not been verified by us in any way (like we do for the entries listed under the 'AMD', 'ATI' and 'NVIDIA' sections).
Please exercise caution when flashing it to your graphics card, and always have a backup."

While almost all other VBIOS are version 015.044.000.009.004297 , this unverified one is 015.047.000.001.000000

Did anybody try it?

There are new bios avaliable here.
You also should try the Nimez Modded Drivers , besides improvements in compatibility , they also enable Smart Acess Memory (SAM) on the R9 295x2 ... a breath of new life for these old monsters.
