I built my new PC with old video card as below.
My build:
AMD Ryzen 2700x
Prime X470 pro BIOS 4011 / 4008
g.skill f4-3200c16d-16gtzr
AMD R7 370 4G HDMI to TV, DP to monitor
Win 10 Pro x64 1803
The new PC gets random black srceen frequently when PC is in low workload (browse nternet, listen music, idle, etc.). When the black screen occurs, I can ping that PC, access the share folders, but I can't remote desktop to that PC, VNC shows black screen also. I can't restart the PC with press "RESET", only can press "Power" 3 seconds to shutdown.
BUT, when i play games, test video card via furmark, etc., it never go to black screen.
If I uninstall the drivers, no more black screens. I tried the AMD drivers from 15.7.1 to 18.7.1 (not every versions, one 15.xxxx, one 16.xxx, four 17.xxx , four 18.xxxx), the issues are the same.
This video card works well for years on my old PC. No issues on the old PC.
