Hello, this incident occurs on a Lenovo laptop with Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics, if you have any possible solution or recommendation do not hesitate to suggest it, thanks.
When playing a video in Microsoft's "Movies & TV" app, the video plays with very low frames.
This happened because I updated the AMD Radeon driver to version 22.10.3, but going back to the recommended (default) version does not cause this issue.
It should be noted that when playing the video with another player (Windows Media) this incident does not occur.
