Quality of image scaler in AMD Radeon Software is simply lacking.
Attached image contains captures from recordings made with AMD Software and OBS with StreamFX plugin (AMF via FFMPEG encoder) on Polaris RX 580
Screen and game resolution is 1920x1080. It was recorded with scaling to 1600x900 in both AMD Software and OBS (Lanczos scaling in OBS)
Recordings made with AMD software always contain some strange greenish ghosting on edges which also can be observed in a recording with no scaling (1080p game and 1080p recording) and its not present in material recorded with OBS.
If any one from AMD is reading this - is there any chance for improvement in this matter?
