After last summer game update i have heavy sttutering at the begining of each match. Who have same issue? How to fix it?

Drivers that i was try 20.12.1, 20.Q1.2, 21.6.1, 21.7.2

I have 120hz monitor at 120fps

Ryzen 5 2600

Radeon rx 588

16 gb ram

Ssd

PS all setting game low except medium textures and effects

PPS win10 20h2 updated
