Many people are having issues with the most recent drivers, currently 23.9.2. There are different versions of these drivers available based on your GPU. For those of you who are having issues and have not tried this solution please go to https://www.amd.com/en/support and enter your GPU information and this should direct you to the proper drivers for your specific hardware.
If I were having this issue I would first disable Windows Updates ability to overwrite drivers, because the drivers Windows download have cause problems for many in the past. The next thing I would do is run DDU or AMD Cleanup Utility to remove all GPU drivers, and restart my PC two times. After this I would try to install the drivers provided in the link.
If this doesn't work and you continue experiencing issues, use DDU once more and install the last known drivers that functioned properly. After you have established that your PC is now working properly, I would then report my findings using the Adrenalin bug report tool, as well as use this link https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html and provide as much information I could about my system and the issues I am facing. This ensures the driver team will get this information, and hopefully they can figure everything out.
i do it but still have stutter issue!
I replied to your thread.
I bought new pc recently.
The specs are
Every game was working on ultra settings without any issues or gpu warming up (i got max 72 degrees). After the update was installed, around 8 pm 2 days ago i couldn't either launch a game, play it, or have more than 10 fps. I have reinstalled drivers multiple times with DDU and downgraded to the older version and the problem was still there.
After i factory reseted whole PC, everything was running okay, but after 8 PM it started same problems again (screen flickeering, black screen, low fps, freezing only when playing games) what are the possible fixes? It is something related to software or drivers, the hardware is top of tops...

If you do go this route, follow the guides I posted, and then use DDU to remove all old drivers. After your PC restarts from using DDU, restart one more time. Then, try installing 23.9.1 WHQL.
I couldn't really tell you what could be causing it. I have had no issues except when I first ran the update Adrenalin was unresponsive so I restarted and everything has run correctly since.

Hey, thanks for your reply. I have tried everything as instructed. The problem still persists. The PC allows me to enter any game for 2-3 minutes then suddenly just crashes. I am really out of options
I would try one last thing. Disable MPO. The registry file needed is here. https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5157/~/after-u...
As a last effort, considering you tried everything I would have, I would try the 23.8.1 drivers.
After this point my troubleshooting tips are all exhausted. Maybe someone else on the forum can help. If you want faster responses, you could try messaging in #tech general on our Discord. https://discord.gg/YPjN9HAhnS
I have tried this also, still the problem persist, for example I have played RDR 2 yesterday for 8 hours straight all on ultra settings without any problems. After which I decided to go out to gym, later when I came back my PC started crashing on games such as warzone, rdr 2, witcher 3, cyberpunk and my graphics card was shown as not available on device manager, even in some games I could see that my graphics doesn't have full 12 gb but 7 or 8...
Version 23.9.2 is based on branch 23.20. The first test UWP version from branch 23.20 was released on May 5th. And there they discovered a problem with friezes due to the browser, but AMD ignored this problem.
5 months have passed and they still haven't fixed the error.
