I have Radeon rx 580 8gb xfx dual bios card.I get new pc.
Ryzen 5 5600x
Gigabyte b550 aours elite ax v2
16 gb ram 3200
1 tb ssd aours +1 tb HDD
Winga 700w 80 plus bronze
Window 11 pro 21h2
I installed recommend drivers ,then in few days i have low fps and freeze in video online
1 or 2 day its work normal then i have problems
Try different way in installing

Only drivers
