I had the same problem as many people on this forum with the USB ports resetting on my Aorus x570 ULTRA motherboard and Ryzen 5 5600x.
1) Updated chipset x570 to the last update make date.
2) updated bios wich have the agesa 1.2.0.4 A.
3) I have tried to change pcie slot from 4.0 to 3.0.
4) I have tried to change the c global states from enable to disable.
5) I have tried to change the usb from 3.0 to 2.0.
I'm desesperate because i can't find a solution
My setup is
Motherboard: Aorus ultra x570
Processor: Ryzen 5 5600x
RAM: team group 2x16gb 3200mhz.
Video card: RTX 3060TI msi gaming x trio
Power supply: 750w full modular gigabyte
Storage with operative system: 1 ssd m.2 nvme 250gb.
Secondary storage: 1hdd 2tb
SYSTEM: Windows 11.
