Yesterday I used the AMD cleanup utility tool to delete my driver and wanted to reinstall it. But when I open up the software, it just says Error 173. When I try to manually install the driver it shows as the best driver has already been installed for you which is the Microsoft basic display adapter and I can't change it. I've been stuck in this sort of loop where I can't install the other thing without installing this thing. Really would appreciate it if you could help me. I'm using Windows 10 on a laptop.
