Problem with amd psp 10.0 device driver

Hi Amd community,

I have been having issues with my amd psp 10.0 device recently. (version 4.13.0.0)

Since i have updated my driver, it has stopped working and the Trusted Platform Module 2.0 doesn't show up anymore. I have tried using the driver installer in the amd folder but that did not work. I have also tried to install it manually but that did not work.

If you are confused, here are my system specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 4800h with radeon graphics

GPU:radeon rx 5500m

Mem:8gb

computer:MSI Bravo 15 A4ddr 051ca

ssd as storage

Please help me with this driver if you can

Thanks

Did you have this module displayed in the system before?

yes, i have it displayed in devmgmt.msc. it says AMD PSP 10.0 device but it shows no Trusted Platform Module 2.0. This means the PSP is not working. I  tried updating it but i got no luck. Any suggestions or solutions?s

I don't know what exactly helped me, but I did so and the tpm module appeared in the device manager.

1) created an installation flash drive with the current bios version
2) installed it from this flash drive
3) disconnected the battery
4)swapped the RAM dies
5) logged into windows
6) changed the RAM blocks back
7)the bios went in and activated the tpm module ( it was hidden)

after that, the tpm is displayed correctly in the device manager

idk if i can do that because my laptop is still under warranty and if i open it, i have no more warranty.

This will not deprive the warranty as there are no seals and there are free memory slots inside. But if you are afraid, you can write to support and they will tell you everything for sure.

Is there no simple way of doing it? I have updated my bios twice but no luck, I even reinstalled RAM but still TPM doesn't show up. Under security devices I have AMD PSP 10.0 device but still tpm.msc shows "Compatible TPM not found". In the BIOS under "Trusted Computing", it shows "No Security Device Found". Please somebody help me, I am not able to upgrade to Win 11 because of TPM only. Please suggest a remedy to solve this issue of mine.
