Then deactivate network card, Windows Update, device installation setting to no. In safe mode with DDD or AMDcleanup delete all drivers and after the restart install the previously downloaded 21.11.2. After a restart, the network card can be reactivated. Since I've been doing this, I haven't had any problems with my RX5700XT when gaming or in Win10. I use the MSI Afterburner to set up my RX5700XT graphics card. With the "GPU-Z" button lookup you can view the manufacturer-specific data of your graphics card and save the profiles accordingly in the Afterburner. Activate all the ticks in the compatibility properties in User Mode and MSI Standard.
