it is possible to set the option Pre-RenderFrames in the Amd driver. It's just annoying to use 3t party software to get a better input lag or to make some DX12 games playable.
And what I wanted to mention since driver 18.11.2 VSR doesn't work anymore on my Hanspree HG244PJB.
