The latest drivers for Polaris graphics are totally broken, when you want to any kind of Overcloking, Undervolt even tuning everything in
the Tuning settings is broken and cause Grey, black screen. The screen literally freezes and everything turns off completely.
I try to use AMD Cleanup Utility but it doesn't work, DDU and also reinstall Windows doesnt work either.
AMD has not yet released the new version of 23.10.1 for polaris.

If you install this "driver for polaris/vega" It's not a new driver it just only install the old driver which is the 23.9.2 broken.
