First it let me update my drivers until 24.3.1 then suddenly it wont update my drivers anymore. I already tried factory reset, even after that its still wont let me update to 24.4.1 for example. Like this is mind bogglelingly doesn't make sense because i just bought this laptop in February this year and the hardware is not that outdated, its a Lenovo IDEAPAD Slim 5 with a Ryzen 5 7530U and radeon graphics (presumably Radeon Vega 7).
AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO HAVE THIS PROBLEM??
See.. even after factory reset its still wont let me update with new drivers...
Is there a way to fix this issue or maybe even override this installer into updating to new drivers?
Please Help me...
Even though you purchased the laptop just this year, the Radeon Graphics technology that the processor has integrated (Vega) is an older generation that no longer gets updated in every new driver package, but is scheduled every other version. Therefore it is skipping 24.4.1 and you will be prompted to upgrade to 24.5.1 when available.
You can always manually select your product and download the installation package from the driver center, it will "install" but there will be nothing updated/improved, so you may as well wait until the next release.
So you're saying that 24.3.1 is the only latest driver update that I could get right now?
Because when I tried to update my driver to 24.5.1 it still won't let me do it...
So I just have to wait for a driver update that actually update my Radeon Graphics right?
The Vega graphics architecture is near legacy status. Therefore they don't have many improvements for it any longer and it doesn't get an update every Adrenalin release like newer chips. Sorry, you bought a new processor with an old IGP.

You can manually download and install the latest Adrenalin software package. It's just not going to give you any benefit, other than having a newer version number.
Hello i miss clicked accept as a solution but the problem is still here.
You say by downloading adrenaline from this website (this one https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/ryzen/ryzen-7000-series/amd-ryzen-5...) would give me a new version or number but it just gave me this screen:
Here is the KB article concerning that error.
The link I provided is for the 7530U processor.
If that does not work for you then you will have to get the drivers from Lenovo.
