please help fans are stuck on max speed [AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT]

I was having problems with my temperatures so I took the graphics card completely apart for a deep clean but now it's been put back together again everything is ok besides the fans are stuck on max speed but everything says they are either running at 0 or it just says N/A

I am actually having a similar situation with two 5700 reference cards. Both of them are running at max fan speed, but they are being picked up in the Radeon software running at 4666 rpm. Were you able to find a solution to your issue?
