Photoshop 2021 build 22.0 and HD 6570

Is there a third party driver that I can use with an HD 6570 to work with Photoshop 2021 (V 22..0)

Your HD6570 doesn't have the technology to run DX12 so no matter what driver you use it won't be support by Adobe Photoshop 2021: Tech specs | Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021

Hmm, I recommend you to uninstall all your driver and install the latest Catalyst 15.7.1
