Performance Drop On Windows Insider Build 1903

Using the latest drivers from Windows 10 1903 update center I got a very strong performance drop and freezes (30-40% hit in GTA 5, DbD and Fallout 4). Are there any solutions to this problem?

1903 insider preview, report it on MS hub.

Use the latest official build of Windows, 1809.

Problem fully solved by installing driver version 19.4.1
