I'm new here and I sorry for my bad english. 
I have Radeon RX560 in Lenovo laptop and i had problem with Optional Radeon Drivers 20.2.2 and Games Advisor App. When I set e-sport mode applications Battle.net and Origin don't want to run and displays errors. When I set Standard mode everything woks correctly. Apps are running properly.
Maybe this will be a solution for others.
