when i open relive recording in game my pc freezes in 10-30 min time is like random when it happens i see weird thing in my screen

when i see random pixels in my screen audio repeat itself like crazy and nothing happen for many time ctrl+alt+del not working any input is not working

note this problem sometimes happening without relive's recording too

this problem only happening in newest amd drivers, amd's catalyst driver dont have that problem
