openGL API version not available.

Device Specifications.

Processor: Intel i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz
Ram: 16G
OS: Windows 10 x64
Graphics card: RX 580

I have walked in the path of my forefathers, I have scoured every thread. GPU-Z says openGL is active at 1.1 (Supposedly because something with the driver but I've completely reinstalled it using ddr), the RX 580 is the graphics card that is being used by default, and I've done a completely fresh reinstall of the display drivers. I've also updated the internal and cpu drivers to make sure.

This is a desktop, for the guy who seems to comment on all of these thinking it's a laptop in advance. I built it myself and I've only recently been running into this issue. We're on the latest driver

Please help, I'm willing to take any ideas or suggestions. I will respond to this continuously.

@elstaciI want to say that I've seen your name on almost every single one of these things, and all the countless others I've searched through about this specific issue. I want to tell you since you probably rarely hear it but we appreciate you. You are truly a pretty cool dude.

Gonna move on to that support ticket. I'll relay any insights to this post again for everyone who will inevitably come after me.

Thanks, Good idea. I am also curious to see what AMD Support says. It seems to be a AMD Driver issue maybe in conjunction with Windows. Just guessing though.
