opencl fragment problems (capture one, any adobe programms)

Hi,

bought a new pc a few months ago and today I found a big problem for me.

I use the pc to edit fotos with capture one or photoshop and my problem is that if I activate opencl, I get hell lot of fragments in my exported pictures.DSCF5207_1000.jpg

My specs are:

RX 5700xt

Ryzen 5 3600x

32gb RAM

b450 mainboard

I tried to add opencl to the registry by creating the keys and the dword and copying the opencl.dll to the root folder like in the following picture but nothing works.

Thanks in advance

Try posting your question at Capture One Forum (Community) where another User is asking whether the RX5700 will work correctly with OpenCL: Capture one 20 and OpenCL with new radeon cards – Capture One

Some of the Users suggest disabling Hardware Acceleration to get rid of the artifacts.

I have a the same issue since I have changed my graphic card.

My new configuration : Windows 10 Pro, Capture One Pro 12, Ryzen 1700X, RX 5500 XT 8GB.

Radeon Software 20.2.2.
I disabled hardware acceleration while waiting for a fix
