I have been using AMD Radeon RX 580 for about 2 months now with no problems, but the other day I loaded up my computer and no game would work. I check for driver updates and updated to 18.10.2, and still couldn't load games. I tried a whole bunch of things and still couldn't get anything to work. My old GTX 1050 still works just fine.
