Noise Suppression Needs More Work

I know my use-case isn't everybody's, but I know that I'm not alone in thinking this.

My main PC has a 4080 in it. My secondary PC has a 7900XTX. I use both for work and will take work calls from the machines. When using Nvidia Broadcast, I never get any complaints about my children, animals, or other adults in the background being heard on the mic.

With the AMD solution, I get complaints, and often. People talking in the background come in crisp. My dogs barking will be heard. My children playing will be heard. All of it.

One thing more, on a more immediate issue, is that when I swap mics with the software, input won't be received until I reconnect to the call. This isn't 100% of the time, but more like 75-90% of the time. It's much more often that I have to reconnect than not.

I went down this same path recently and agree.

I use the Krisp desktop program instead. You need to disable redundant features if a program like Teams, Discord, Zoom have them so you're not introducing excess post-processing, but it works great.
