I did a clean install of windows and same problem occurs.
I can boot in safe mode and I can go into bios but I can't get inside any windows that has the amd drivers installed on it.
Worth noting that the signal gets lost midway when installing the drivers.
And i get those drivers from the cpu page.
My tv doesnt have display port so Im connecting via hdmi.
I tested a 4090 and it ran fine with nvidia drivers.
