Installed 18.8.1 which is the latest full download. Driver installs but there is no final option to install ReLive that the knowledge base says you should get. I'm using an RX580 Sapphire Nitro+ Special Edition (on Windows 10 64bit).The 500 range is supported for relive as far as I know?
Is there a way to manually run the relive installer?
Edit: Problem solved. Same issue as here [GPU Passthrough] Missing Display tab after 16.9.2
