I've noticed this when I was trying to clip my game but for some reason it didn't work. So I went to the software and I couldn't find the setting that the clipping was in. I did some research and it turned out that it was in a general tab. The problem is that I don't have a general tab and I don't know what to do now, if the clipping option was moved somewhere or only I was having this problem. 

Specs: 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor

GPU: Radeon RX 560 Series

The 'general' tab was replaced some time ago, the current version is a different layout.

I notice you also do not have driver details/update info or the 'record & stream' option, MS may have installed its store version driver/software.

Since a couple of days I've this problem too (no auto-update feature, etc.), but it seems MS didn't install anything on my PC. I've the latest v21.10.2 WHQL drivers installed since months and everything was working ok until a couple of days.

My specs:
SO: Windows 10 64 bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 1700x
GPU: Radeon RX580

The update didn't really do anything, but I just reinstalled the software and everything was back to normal. Thanks tho!
