No full rgb in 1920 x 1080

After updating to 19.12.3 in resolution 1920 x 1080 I only have the option of Ycbcr.

When I change the resolution to something else I have the option of Full rgb.

How to set Full rgb in 1920 x 1080?

I don't see any activity here, but in case there is someone with the same issue, here is the solution:

I fotgot to mention that I have a TV monitor with an active DVI to VGA adapter.

So what I did is I enabled virtual super resolution and instantly the limited and full rgb options became available.
