no driver for 7900XTX in windows 11 multi-session

My OS is windows 11 Enterprise multi-session which reports the ProductType  as having a value of 3, the same value as Windows Server. 

Neither Amd software adrenalin edition nor pro edition could install in this OS. Error message is gpu-kb184

My XFX 7900XTX pro could only work in a very low resolution.

estou com o mesmo problema com a minha RX 5700 XT, o windows 11 Enterprise multi-session não reconhece a GPU.
