First there is no such GPU as a HD7600M Series.
HD7600M Series indicates several HD76xxM GPU cards. But from what I can see at AMD Download page all, AMD doesn't support this Mobile GPU with Driver updates any more. You have a choice of 2 last drivers to update to:
1-WHQL 2015
2-BETA 2016
Run GPU-Z and see which model HD76xxM you have installed in your laptop. Then go here and download the driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support
BUT IF your laptop has an AMD APU processor YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE APU DRIVER which will install both the Integrated Graphics and HD76xxM GPU driver at the same time.
It is best to install your laptop's Support AMD Driver rather than using AMD generic laptop driver which isn't 100% compatible even though it will work. But your Laptop's Support AMD Driver is 100% compatible and will show correctly all the GPUs you have installed in your laptop.
