I recently bought a Ryzen 7 5700x3D for my pc, and had to update my bios to use it properly. But the problem is that after downloading the latest available BIOS update from the website my monitors no longer display anything and the LED's on my keyboard dont turn on either. I updated my bios through Flash bios and it was blinking properly as it was downloading, after it finished i assume the PC restarted and no longer displays anything on my monitors. I took the battery out of the motherboard for 25 minutes and nothing changed. i tried hooking up both of the processors i own (them being r5 3600 and r7 5700x3D) and neither helper in any way. I took off the RAM sticks one by one and that did not help either. I am completely lost and do not know that to do further. The PC still turns on though, and there are 3 red led lights turned on on the motherboard. I have tried updating to an older version since and that did not help either.
The installation went through Flash bios button

Here is the process to use the Flash BIOS Button. Make sure you rename the file and use the correct USB port on the motherboard.
Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button
Before updating:
Please download the latest BIOS file that matches your motherboard model from MSI®
website and rename the BIOS file to MSI.ROM. And then, save the MSI.ROM file to the
root of USB flash drive.
Important
Only the FAT32 format USB flash drive supports updating BIOS by Flash BIOS Button.
1. Connect power supply to CPU_PWR1 and ATX_PWR1. (No other components are
necessary but power supply.)
2. Plug the USB flash drive that contains the MSI.ROM file into the Flash BIOS Port
on rear I/O panel.
3. Press the Flash BIOS Button to flash BIOS, and the LED next to the button starts
flashing.
4. After the flashing BIOS process is 100% completed, the LED would be off
simultaneously.
Make sure you are using at least BIOS version 3I - 2023-10-28

After completing all these steps the computer restarted itself and the LED is still red. After waiting for 20 minutes just in case i restarted the computer because nothing was shown on my monitors. Now i started noticing there are 3 EZDebug LEDs on; BOOT, VGA, and DRAM. After taking out components one by one the LEDs started showing only on CPU. It still does not show anything on my my monitor though and my keyboard is not functioning either.
Are you certain it's the B450 Tomahawk Max that you have?
Because there is a B450 Tomahawk Max II and it uses a completely different BIOS file.
Yes i’m using tomahawk max. I accidentally tried downloading the non-max motherboard bios first, but the mobo did not accept/read it and worked still after that try. After i double checked my motherboard name i downloded the correct bios, the latest available version (3J) and after that did not work i tried an older version (3I) and the problem still persists.
Sorry for the long response time and thank you for trying to help me out.
Np thanks, it seems like you've done everything right. It's strange that the Flash BIOS process is still working but won't POST with hardware installed. And doesn't work with either CPU and the debug lights on would indicate something happened to the board. Any chance thermal paste got in the socket while swapping processors? Any cables get disconnected that you missed reconnecting, like the CPU 4+4 power or the CPU cooler fan?
You could contact MSI, either open a support ticket or call them, they may suggest something else to try.
When the CPU is not in the motherboard only the CPU debug light turns on, when i place a CPU (tried with two) CPU debug light turns off but the 3 others turn on.
