The same AMD Driver for your Ryzen 5 4600H is the same for your RX5600M GPU card for your Dell laptop.
Here is the latest AMD Driver for both the 4600H and 5600M: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-21-1-1
Here is you can download the WHQL Driver for the same APU: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-mobile-processors-radeon-graphic...
But I highly suggest you go to Dell's Support Download page for your laptop and download DELL's own AMD Driver which is 100% compatible with your laptop or All In One PC.
If Dell's AMD Driver is really Out-dated and you need newer AMD Driver for run a specific software or program then try using AMD Generic Mobile Driver. Otherwise I wouldn't upgrade unless you have a good reason for upgrading the AMD Driver.
When you have an AMD APU and AMD GPU in the same laptop you always download the APU AMD Driver which will automatically install both the Integrated and Discrete AMD GPUs in your laptop.
NOTE: You must realize that some Radeon Features/Settings may not be compatible with a laptop and will be omitted when you install the driver.
