I switched from Nvidia to AMD, and I have had some issues, as soon as I converted. I used DDU to remove my previous NVIDIA drivers and such, and replaced them with AMD Adrenalin (in safe mode of course). Now I have several problems that happens sometimes on my pc. Sometimes when I boot up my pc, it freezes at the windows login and I have to turn of my pc completely with the button on my case. If it doesn't freeze, it can sometimes log me in, and then my right secondary screen doesn't get turned on. I can move my mouse over on the other screen, but it's just black with nothing on it. Not even my mouse or windows taskbar. Nothing. Third problem is that, sometimes, when I boot up, it feels like my pc is lagging really much, and I have to turn it off and on again for it to act normal. These 3 things, also happen when I open my pc up from sleep/snooze.

Reinstall the drivers in normal mode, with only 1 monitor connected (to the card). Then setup the second monitor.

And you might want to check if win update is replacing the driver?
