I noticed that the RX 400 & RX 500 & RX 600 series GPU cards the latest driver from 09/23 but the RX 5000 & newer GPU cards have newer AMD drivers from 10/23.
Seems like the newer drivers are optimized for the newer AMD GPU cards as per the "Release Notes" for the latest 10/23 AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-23-10-1
