So installed new driver and couldn't get output to monitor. Tried 7900xtx and iGPU 7700X. Could get output in bios, in safemode, but not regular boot. Went so far as to format and reinstall windows. Everything worked fine, installed with output, great. Downloaded chrome. Great. Downloaded and installed Radeon drivers, no output to monitor.
Switched cable - works fine.
Unbelievable.
