I have HD4850 1VRAM graphic card,and ı am a wın10 user.

I whant to ınstall a driver l(lıke adrenalın) but ı cant what dou you suggest for me ?

Your have a very old legacy GPU card that is not supported by AMD with driver updates. The last drivers for the HD4850 are for Windows 8.0 and earlier.

But to get Windows 10 drivers you need have Windows Update install it for you as per AMD Support: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-legacy
