NEED HELP

Downloaded latest driver, few minutes after that my monitor goes black i can hear discord but capslock doesn't respond hold power button for 10 seconds, turn off my pc boot it up

again and when i try to open amd driver panel get thisagain and when i try to open amd driver panel get this again and when i try to open amd driver panel get this. Any help?! Graphic card is RX580 8gb.

Hi,

Make sure you downlloaded the correct driver for your generation of card. It should be this

https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-24.7.1-win10-win11-july19-vega-p...


and not the following one

https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-24.7.1-win10-win11-july19-rdna.e...


The vega-polaris version of the driver is the correct driver for the RX580.  If you mistakingly installed the rdna version then yes, you will see that error message appear. 

 

Locate and download the DDU utility to uninstall the driver (In Windows safe mode), then reboot and install the vega-polaris version (1st link).
