I have no clue what is going on.

Any game I try to open up wants to crash.
Forza Horizon 4, World of Warships, World of tanks, Etc
I just did a clean install of windows yesterday and already running into issues.

Some of which being:

Wattman crashing

games crashing without a notification

sometimes when I am on edge, the screen goes black for 3 seconds then comes back.
Before it is stated, I have already tried different monitors, I just put my defaults up here.

Also to be noted, I do not have the drivers for my chipset (990fx) Installed due to not knowing which I should install, Gigabyte's or Amd's
