My two HDR Monitors wont work at the same time all of a sudden

Since I turned off HDR on one of my monitors (BENQ EL287OU) yesterday only the one with HDR still on will receive signal from my PC. Also the HDR on and off switch is missing since then in my Windows 11 system display settings. I read 10 bit color depth doesnt support HDR anymore and I vaguely remember turning it on somewhere, yet my system settings say 8 bit. 

Some information:

CPU: Ryzen 9 7900X3D

GPU: RX 7900 XTX

Monitor cables are Display 2.1.

Check the 10-Bit Pixel Format in the Graphics >Advanced settings is disabled. 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
