i just received a new RX 580 8gb OC gpu and i noticed that its temperature gets locked at 50-55C whenever im in game or not , wich affects performance and decrease FPS , i tried multiple things like , disable radeon ''chill'' , mess around with Global wattman settings , clean driver re-install with DDU , install older drivers but nothing seems to work.
