Hello as you have read from my title i am dealing with a really annoying issue and want to know how to fix it if it can be fixed. basically the issue is when i do a clean install on my graphics card new driver, and play a game. the game runs fine. but when i exit game and either open it again or even when i restart my computer and then play game again. even on the exact same settings my game runs very bad to where i was originally running 60 fps but goes down to 30 or even lower when i play the game again.
i dont know what to do to fix it and ive tried alot of things already.
