Hello,
I'm having an issue with the driver, when I screen goes black and gray for 10 mins then windows disables the driver and gives me error code (22):
This device is disabled. (Code 22) Click Enable Device to enable this device.
and when I enable it, it gives me error code (31):
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.
I tried uninstalling the driver with DDU in safe mode so many times but i still get the same issue everytime.
I'm have Windows 11 I tried going back to Windows 10 but its the same thing.
How do I fix this?
