my amd gpu is not detected

my AMD Radeon R7 430 2GB is not detected on my PC and i cant get it back, my games are running at 1fps

I Use A Desktop\

CPU: AMD Quad-Core A10 7800 3.50ghz

GPU: AMD Radeon R7 430 2GB

Memory: 16GB DDR3 (15.93GB Usable

Storage: 2TB Hard Drive (Dont Know The Name)

PSU: 300w PSU

Case: I Forgot

Probably using the wrong driver. You update the APU..not the graphics card.
