The game crashes after updating the drivers (almost all of them). Dota 2 refuses to work with any drivers

Could be corrupt drivers, bad installation, run sfc /scannow from command prompt. Then try the tried and true use AMD Cleanup Utility or DDU in safe mode. Then reboot and install the latest drivers.

You have a cheap PSU there..

You really need to spend a good amount of cash on a PSU and a good make with at least a gold rating..

Could there be a problem in the processor? Because it throws it on the desktop, not the BSOD or other problems

Tested with a weaker video card, crashes do not pass.

I really think you need to look at a better PSU..

I checked the power supply with a multimeter at full load, it gives a stable voltage on all lines.
