Monitor refresh rate in-game is different from desktop.

Hi,

so i already posted this before, but there were no answers,

I play on a Samsung TV, in 1440p at 120Hz, did it with a 1070 Ti and a 1080 Ti, works just fine,

now i got an RX 6800, and i can't do it!

On desktop it says 1440p 120Hz, when in go in game, Metro Exodus for example, no matter what resolution i choose the framerate is capped at 60, if i unlock Vsync, i get incredible FPS, but it doesn't feel smooth, because it's not Hz, it' 60Hz.

If i set the resolution to 1080p 120Hz on desktop, then the games also recognize that and run at 120Hz also.

1440p resolution in Windows on desktop has 3 options available 59Hz, 60Hz and 120Hz,

again on desktop it's file i can choose and actually get each of them, but in-game it's as if the games only recognize 1440@60.

What can i do? Am i missing some setting?
