Ive had this problem now since 2020 driver. 

The screen dims and is turning it self off and on from time to time.

Ive uploaded a video of what is happening

As you can see in the video after i pull the power cable out and then push it back in the goes from dimed to normal for like 1 second then to super dimmed.

Problem is only with my HDMI monitor

Ive tried adjust the settings in radeon software but with no luck at all.

Not even a reinstalling older drivers works.

Hi there, that sounds like a defective cable. Did you try a different HDMI-cable?

Yea i have tried it but what i just realized is when i take out my hdmi cable out of monitor it stay like this.

So its dimmed and flickering even when its only the power cabel inserted

So now i think that the driver bricked my monitor somehow.

Or its the powercable that happend to break at the exact same time i installed 2020 driver

Defective power cable is also a possibility of course, or loose connectors. At least you ruled out the graphics card and the HDMI cable.

Drivers usually don't brick monitors.
